Another US Court Recognizes Canadian Gay Marriage

More good news for equal marriage rights. This time it is an estate court in New York. The Court ruled that the surviving husband of two men who married in Canada DOES get to be recognized as a spouse and thus inherit his deceased partner's full estate.
